By accessing and using AcademySoccerHub.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. For users under 18, parent or guardian consent is required.

3. User Content

Users retain ownership of their submitted content (profiles, articles, reviews). By posting content, you grant AcademySoccerHub a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform

5. Verification and Reviews

Review submissions must comply with our verification tier requirements. Affiliated reviews are limited to the user's affiliated club and expire annually on June 1st. Verified status requires government ID verification and valid phone number.

6. Payment Terms

Featured Player subscriptions are billed monthly ($2.99) or annually ($19.99). Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

AcademySoccerHub is committed to protecting the privacy of children under 13. We require parental consent for all users under 18. Parents have the right to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's information.

Parental Controls

• Parents can link up to 3 children's accounts to their verified account
• Parents control profile visibility settings for minor children
• Parents receive notifications of access requests to their child's profile
• Parents can request deletion of their child's account at any time
